Villa Felicidad Panoramic Views & Steps 2 Cabo Fun

We had the most incredible stay! We were a group of nine girls here for my bachelorette trip, and this Airbnb truly made the whole experience unforgettable. The gated community was beautiful, the pool had an amazing view, and the space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The host was amazing-very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist with anything that came up. They went above and beyond by providing all the essentials we needed for the weekend, including cups, toilet paper, towels, and other thoughtful touches. They even had leftover bachelorette goodies from a previous guest that we were able to use, which was such a fun surprise! Everyone was blown away by the views and the space. We had the best time and it truly made my bachelorette trip so special. We would absolutely stay here again! The only thing to note is that it is not that close to walk to town, but it was never an issue — Ubers were easy & affordable. Thank you so much for making this experience amazing.

Had an amazing stay at Zuki’s. The location was really close to town. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. And the place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our group of 9. Would recommend staying here with a group whenever in Cabo!

Zuki’s place is absolutely magical. It is in the most beautiful location in a very deluxe neighborhood in Cabo. I came here for my bachelorette party and we comfortably slept 12 girls. Zuki’s house has everything you could ever need to cook, relax, and have a good time. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous! We all slept amazing and had plenty of space. Zuki had great communication and promptly answered all our questions. You definitely have to experience Zuki’s paradise stay in Cabo :)

Excellent property with a wonderful host that was very responsive. We really appreciated the lax check out instructions. View is gorgeous and the property is well cared for. They even responded in the middle of the night to some of my requests, which wasn’t expected!

All of the outdoor spaces and the views are key to this Cabo house! I worked with Mitzi who excellently handled all of our many requests for dinners, transport & the front entrance light replacement. The house has a unique floor plan but worked perfect for our party of 10 with a chef dinner for 14 on my birthday night (although the main table was very tight!). All AC worked great, the pool room is a bit dated but comfortable & clean. There are 2 king bed rooms, and all other rooms are full size beds … not queens. Chef dinners were excellent! There’s an ideal Whole Foods type market walkable just down the street. Only issue was getting Uber’s mapping system to get to the house. We had to micro manage every Uber. The Pedregal entrance on Camino Conejo is the quickest route to the house. Otherwise they will drive you all around the Pedregal hills

The property was in a fantastic location and in a safe, gated community. It had amazing views of Cabo and the Marina. It is a short 10-15 minute walk to the downtown core. The villa was very nice and spacious, perfect for a big group. I would definitely come back to stay again!

This house was perfect for our annual trip with 8 women. The house and especially the outdoor spaces allowed plenty of room and the home is beautifully appointed. We really enjoyed the meals prepared by chefs and poolside massages arranged for us by the concierge. The views are stunning and the neighborhood is quiet.

While the previous guest left a huge mess, Zuki was accommodating and extremely responsive as we voiced our concerns. They answered all our questions promptly and were very helpful with anything that popped up during our stay.

We had a blast staying at Zuki's place for my bachelorette. The neighborhood is very safe and clean, and the view is stunning! The team also helped us get hooked up with drivers, a chef on night one (SO delicious!!), and was responsive to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again!

Villa Felicidad was absolutely beautiful!! Such a great house for our bachelorette party of 11 people with private bathrooms in each bedroom and a gorgeous pool/outdoor area. Neighborhood was incredibly safe and easy to get to the downtown area and marina. Zuki and Mitzi helped set up our airport transportation and a private chef for one of our dinners and the meal was so good we couldn’t stop talking about it! Would definitely stay here again for a group this size in Cabo.

I have to agree with all the other reviews -- this place is amazing! Incredible property, amenities, and superb value. Perhaps the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Everything was as described or better. And the views! Just wow. Zuki and his team were so responsive. We had a small issue with the hot water the day we arrived, but his maintenance team was there within a couple of hours and we were good to go! I can't wait to go back and stay at this property again. Truly one of the best spots in Cabo in my opinion.

Our family had a great stay at Zuki's place. Mitzi communicated quickly, and she gave us recommendations for everything from jet ski rentals to massages. She even arranged a cake to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday. We also enjoyed the private chef services.

Plenty of space for a group of 10. Pictures do not do this place justice. Additionally, Mitzi, the concierge, was super helpful with coordinating additional services.

Overall a beautiful stay! There were 12 of us and it was very spacious - I really liked that each room had it's own bathroom and shower. The beds were really comfortable. Hot tub and pool had a beautiful view. We grilled out and enjoyed the view and patio a fair amount in the afternoons. There is also a lovely beach nearby for sunset.

Zuki provided an excellent accommodation in a walkable private and beautiful neighborhood. We found the space versatile enough that you could either host a baby shower, or a group of sick, sadistic monsters. Our exploits in that house left us all filled up. We can’t wait return to Cabo! 5 Stars!

This place is probably the best deal in all of Pedregal. Amazing views, plenty of living spaces and bedrooms, and such a helpful concierge (Mitzi). I would HIGHLY recommend booking this property for your next vacation.

Zuki was so extremely helpful and super friendly and was constantly in communication with me with any questions I may of had! She was absolutely lovely, the villa was stunning - definitely worth going with a good group of friends and family and she will be seeing us there again.

This is by far the best place I’ve stayed on Airbnb. They thought of everything we could need at our stay there. Zuki and Mitzi were very responsive throughout our stay and the chef they recommended was incredible. The villa is beautiful the scenery is incredible to wake up to. When we come back to cabo, there’s no where else we’d rather stay. Thank you Zuki and your team for an incredible experience.

We had the most incredible stay at Zuki’s villa in Pedregal for our joint bachelor + bachelorette party! Zuki was beyond amazing! Super responsive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They even helped us book a private chef, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It felt safe, quiet, and private, with plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy. The pool and hot tub were absolutely to die for, and the view… just WOW. Pictures don’t even do it justice—it’s truly breathtaking in person. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Cabo, this is it. Thank you, Zuki, for making our trip unforgettable!
